While a car wash offers a fundamental surface cleaning for the exterior, detailing delves much deeper by addressing both the interior and exterior with a meticulous and comprehensive approach. Detailing is focused on attaining a heightened standard of cleanliness, restoration, and protection, frequently resulting in a noticeably elevated appearance and tactile experience for the vehicle.


We take the utmost care in performing our auto detailing services. However, we are not responsible for any pre-existing damage or wear and tear to the vehicle. It is recommended to remove any valuable items from the vehicle prior to the service.


While we make every effort to adhere to the scheduled appointment time, there may be circumstances beyond our control that cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations. If any adjustments need to be made to the service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will communicate with you to discuss the changes.


Following an onsite inspection, additional charges may apply for services that were not initially included in the booked package or for any additional services requested on the day of the appointment. I have a $1 travel fee for each mile beyond a 25-mile radius from our office. Any such charges will be thoroughly discussed with you prior to proceeding with the additional service.

The remaining 50% of the service fee is due upon completion of the service. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and cash. Please note that the 50% deposit made during booking will be deducted from the total service fee.


We take pride in our services and strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the results of our auto detailing service, please inform us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make every effort to address your concerns and rectify any issues to meet your expectations.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. A cancellation or rebooking fee of 25% of the total service fee will apply for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. This fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the deposit.

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required upon booking. This deposit confirms your commitment to the scheduled service date and time.
